About Me

My Story

  I studied and earned a Bachelor's degree at Civil Engineering, but I always had the feeling that this was not what I want.  I spent 8 years working in the engineering until I decided in 2019 that I want to be happy and change my career into something more exciting. And because I believe that pastries or food in general are among the causes of happiness in our world , at that moment I left my previous career and followed my new passion.  I started this new path by studying at French Pastry School and earned some certificates in Pastry Art , and Artisan Breads. But this was not enough for me , so I enrolled at Kendall College to study an Associate degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. This was one of the most enjoyable leaps of my life , and added a lot to it. Lots of classmates and instructors who have been like a big family to me .  I like to think of my new career as one big learning experience that continuously grows with each project and collaboration. With a dedication to functionality and curiosity for what's ahead of the curve , I keep my work practical , relevant and innovative.
